We've a new recipe around the house. Now that it's summer time and my standby taco soup and vegetable soup is out. We're now using the oven for this yummy chicken recipe. It's incredibly easy.
Chicken Bake Chicken tenders (can be frozen) Quartered red potatoes (as many as you'd like) Sprinkle lightly with Italian dressing and heavily with Parmesan cheese
Bake uncovered for one hour at about 350. This forms a crusty yummy layer on the potatoes. And the chicken tenders cook a little quicker than the big breast do. Feel free to cut breasts into tenders if you'd like.
